This is absolutely the craziest, most infuriating thing I have ever seen. Dick Cheney saying everything he knew would happen once we occupied Iraq, yet refused to admit in 2003. If every American saw this today, Dick Cheney would be hanging from a tree in Jena, LA tomorrow.
