“Retired New York federal judge Michael Mukasey hedged today on torture during the second day of his confirmation hearings to be the next attorney general, telling lawmakers he wasn’t sure what it is exactly.
Maybe Judge Mukasey should check out this video by Current TV correspondent Kaj Larsen, who paid for a 24-minute waterboarding session by two ex-SERE instructors to demonstrate it to Americans.”
